 I am a sweets aficionado, and design fanatic who loves putting together a flawless event. I have always had a passion for making cakes and desserts since before I could remember. Growing up as part of a large family, events and family gatherings have always been a part of my life and nearly 2 decades later, it has become my career. After receiving my degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management I’ve had some amazing opportunities and experiences working in some of New York City’s most notable restaurants. I’ve held several positions and titles including Pastry Chef and Private Events Director and everything in between. Working in fine dining helped me develop a greater sense of the guest experience. The biggest thing I learned is there is so much more involved to create a true dining experience than just the food. Every single detail is assessed in fine dining, from the quality of the menu paper down to the food presentation. That attention to detail is what I fell in love with and it’s what I strive to achieve and never compromise on with every event.

Chantel and her team enjoy creating custom luxury displays that combine innovative dessert styling, with creative cake artistry and aesthetically pleasing desserts and confections.
